This Privacy Policy explains how Georgi Atanasov ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use DROPOMINO, including the mobile app, related hosted content, and the official website (collectively, the "Services").
1. Local-First by Default
DROPOMINO is designed to work in a user-private, local-first way by default.
If you play without linking or signing in to an account:
- your gameplay progress and profile data are stored locally on your device;
- your settings and preferences remain on your device;
- we do not use Firebase Authentication to create an anonymous cloud account for you;
- cloud-linked profile collection does not begin unless you choose to sign in or link an account.
If you choose to sign in or link an account, DROPOMINO can use cloud services to help secure your account, sync profile and progression data, and support features such as live reward drops.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use DROPOMINO, we may collect the following categories of information.
A. Local On-Device Data
When you use the app without linking an account, DROPOMINO stores game data locally on your device. This may include:
- player display name;
- current quest and progression state;
- quest completions and achievements;
- endless-mode statistics and run-related records;
- profile unlocks, cosmetics, titles, avatar-frame choices, and showcase selections;
- in-game currency balance;
- reward-claim state stored locally in your profile;
- onboarding, prompt, and feature visibility preferences;
- haptics and gameplay settings;
- local timestamps and similar saved-state metadata.
This local data is used to make the game function and preserve your progress on your device.
B. Account and Sign-In Information
If you choose to sign in or link an account, we may receive account-related information through Firebase Authentication and the sign-in provider you choose, such as:
- your Firebase user ID;
- provider-linked account identifiers;
- authentication status and linked provider state;
- basic profile information made available by the provider, such as email address, name, or profile information, subject to the provider's permissions and policies.
DROPOMINO currently supports:
- Sign in with Apple
- Google Sign-In
C. Cloud-Synced Profile and Reward Data
If you sign in or link an account, we may store cloud-backed game data using Firebase services. This may include:
- profile and progression data;
- quest completions and achievement history;
- profile unlocks, cosmetics, and selected profile items;
- currency and reward-claim state;
- server timestamps and sync metadata needed to keep profile data current.
If you do not sign in, this category is generally not created for your gameplay profile.
D. Hosted Content and Standard Network Request Data
The app may request hosted seasonal content, reward data, or website assets over the network. When that happens, standard technical data may be processed, such as:
- IP address;
- request metadata;
- device or platform networking information;
- timestamps and response status information.
This kind of technical data is a normal part of delivering online content and app services.
E. Communications You Send Us
If you contact us directly, including by email at support@dropomino.com, we may collect:
- your name or email address;
- the contents of your message;
- screenshots, device details, bug descriptions, or other information you choose to send us.
3. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- to operate, maintain, and improve DROPOMINO;
- to save local progress and settings on your device;
- to authenticate users who choose to sign in or link an account;
- to sync profile and progression data across sessions or devices where supported;
- to deliver live seasonal content, rewards, and profile unlocks;
- to respond to bug reports, support requests, or Android beta feedback;
- to detect abuse, cheating, unauthorized access, or technical misuse;
- to diagnose service issues, fix bugs, and maintain app stability;
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Release And Beta Notes
DROPOMINO is live on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, while Android remains in beta. Across the Services:
- features, progression, quests, and rewards may change;
- profile systems and cloud-connected features may evolve;
- some progress, unlocks, or balances may be adjusted, reset, or may not carry forward to later versions;
- we may update the Services more frequently to tune difficulty, season flow, and UI polish.
5. What We Do Not Currently Use
Based on the current live release and Android beta build, DROPOMINO does not currently include:
- third-party in-app advertising SDKs;
- in-app behavioral analytics SDKs;
- mobile crash-reporting SDKs.
If that changes in a future version, we will update this Privacy Policy.
6. How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with service providers and platforms that help us operate DROPOMINO, including:
- Apple, if you use the app on Apple platforms or Sign in with Apple;
- Google, if you use Google Sign-In;

We may also disclose information:
- if required by law, legal process, or valid government request;

You may also be able to:
- choose not to link a third-party account, where optional;

11. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, depending on the location of our service providers and infrastructure. By using the Services, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data-protection rules than your own.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Services to help protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. In-App Purchases and Payments
The current live release and Android beta may not include the final commercial unlock structure. If DROPOMINO later adds paid unlocks or in-app purchases:
- payment processing on iOS will typically be handled by Apple;
- we do not expect to receive your full payment card details from Apple;
- we may receive transaction-related status information needed to unlock content or verify purchase access.
If paid features are added, we will update this Privacy Policy as needed.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, the website, or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy takes effect means you acknowledge the updated policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
